Breakfast Parfaits Recipe
- 3/4 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, raspberries or possibly strawberries
- 2 cartons (8 ounce.) low-fat lemon or possibly vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 c. granola cereal
- Alternate layers of fruit and yogurt in 4 tall glasses.
- Sprinkle with granola.
- Serve immediately.
- 200 calories per serving.
