Cherry Cheese Cake

  1. Generously grease and lightly flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, water and eggs.
  3. Blend and beat as directed on package.
  4. Pour about half of batter into prepared pan.
  5. In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Spoon over batter in pan, not touching sides of pan.
  7. Spoon one cup cherries over cream mixture. Spread with remaining batter.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick tests done.
  9. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. Serve with remaining cherries.
  12. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
