Summer Fruit & Quinoa Spinach Salad

  1. For each serving: Gently toss 2-3/4 oz.
  2. (75 g) quinoa, 2-1/2 oz.
  3. (70 g) spinach, 1/4 oz.
  4. (7 g) scallions, 1 oz.
  5. (30 g) each raspberries, blueberries and peaches, and 1 oz.
  6. (30 g) dressing in medium bowl.
  7. Spoon onto serving plate.
  8. Garnish with 1/2 oz.
  9. (15 g) cheese and 1/4 oz.
  10. (7 g) nuts.
