Fresh Salmon Nuggets

  1. Crust: in a bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and herbes de Provance.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Dip salmon in crumb mixture, pressing to coat on all sides.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Sear salmon until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and sear 1 minute more.
