Winter hix 75 cocktail recipe

• 50 ml (1.8fl oz) Beefeater Gin
• 50 ml (1.8fl oz) seabuckthorn juice
• 20 ml (0.7fl oz) sugar syrup
• 10 ml (0.4fl oz) fresh lemon juice
• 75 ml (2.6fl oz) prosecco

1. Shake the first 4 ingredients on rock ice and then strain into a chilled coupe.
2. Top with prosecco.
