Crockpot Polish Sausage And Cabbage

• 1/2 each cabbage course sliced
• 1 each potatoes peeled, diced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1 each onions cut 1 inch slices
• 1 1/2 pound polish kielbasa sausage cut 1 inch pieces
• 14 ounces chicken broth

1. Place sliced cabbage in crockpot.
2. Toss with diced potato, salt and caraway seed.
3. Add sliced onion and Polish sausage.
4. Pour chicken broth over all; stir lightly.
5. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours (on HIGH setting for 2 to 4 hours).
6. This dish is delicious served with mustard, horseradish and boiled new potatoes.
7. Makes 4 servings (about 3 1/2 quarts).
