Strawberry Butter
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 12 lb butter or 12 lb margarine, softened
- 12 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 12 cup sugar
- Clean, rinse, hull strawberries and place into a medium sized food processor.
- Add splenda or sugar and blend until fairly smooth.
- Add butter or margarine and blend until you reach a creamy consistency.
- Place into glass dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
