Strawberry Butter

  1. Clean, rinse, hull strawberries and place into a medium sized food processor.
  2. Add splenda or sugar and blend until fairly smooth.
  3. Add butter or margarine and blend until you reach a creamy consistency.
  4. Place into glass dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
