Mozzarela, Parmesan Cheese and Basil Pizza
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour, Plus More For The Work Surface
- 1/2 cups Lukewarm Water
- 1 teaspoon Dry Active Yeast
- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoons Butter At Room Temperature, Plus More To Grease The Pan
- Salt To Taste
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 ounces, weight Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Basil, To Taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Olive Oil, To Taste
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and dry active yeast, then add the olive oil, butter, salt and lukewarm water.
- Using a wooden spoon, work the mixture together until all is combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- After resting, preheat oven to 390 degrees F for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grease a baking pan (8 x 13) with butter.
- Spread the dough over it.
- Then pour in the tomato sauce and sprinkle on the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Then top with basil, oregano and olive oil.
