Cherry Yogurt Salad Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) peach Jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce.) peach slices (reserve syrup)
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) yogurt (plain or possibly cherry)
- 1 (16 ounce.) pitted dark sweet cherries, liquid removed
- 1.
- Combine Jello and water, set aside.
- 2.
- Use 1/2 c. of syrup and heat with marshmallows over low heat till melted.
- Cold slightly.
- 3.
- Mix cream cheese and salt till smooth.
- 4.
- Add in marshmallow mix to cream cheese.
- 5.
- Fold yogurt into Jello.
- 6.
- After thickened, mix in cherries and peaches.
- Chill 3 or possibly more hrs.
