Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
- 4 chicken breasts
- 12 ounces seasoned stuffing mix
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 10 34 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 10 34 ounces cream of chicken soup
- Boil chicken, saving the broth.
- Cool chicken, slice into cubes and set aside.
- Mix stuffing with butter, set aside.
- Whisk the soups together with 2 soup cans of broth, set aside.
- cover the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish.
- layer 1/2 of the chicken next, then 1/2 soup mixture.
- Repeat with another 1/3 of the stuffing, the rest of the chicken and soup mixture.
- Finish the remaining stuffing.
- bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
