Not Tuna Salad
- 1 12 cups almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup celery, minced
- 12 cup red onion, minced
- 12 cup parsley, minced
- 13 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon kelp powder
- 1 12 teaspoons fresh dill weed
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Soak almonds for 24 hours, and then rinse and drain.
- Soak sunflower seeds for 4 - 6 hours, and then rinse and drain.
- Process almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge - will keep up to 1 week.
