House Italian Dressing

  1. Combine mustard, sugar, water, red and white vinegar, and salt in food processor.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the oils,continue to blend for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer to bowl and add remaining ingredients with wire whisk.
  5. Store in sealed containers in refrigerator.
  6. This makes 2 quarts of dressing.
