Oven Seafood Spread
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 (6 oz.) can snow crabmeat, drained, shelled and cartilage removed
- 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can small shrimp, drained and rinsed
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, green onion, pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in crab, shrimp and clams.
- Turn mixture into a 1-quart ungreased casserole ovenproof serving dish.
- Sprinkle almonds over top. Bake in a 350u0b0 convection oven on rack 3 for about 30 minutes (or bake in preheated 350u0b0 radiant bake oven about 30 minutes) or until bubbly around edges and center reaches 130u0b0 to 140u0b0.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
