LIFE SAVERS Christmas Tree

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Cut a 1-1/2-inch-long piece from straw; set aside to make hole in ornament.
  4. Unwrap and arrange candies on parchment paper in tree-shape, using 1 candy in top row, 2 in center row and 3 in bottom row.
  5. Bake 3 to 6 min.
  6. or until candies are melted.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. While candies are still warm, make a hole, about 1/2 inch from the top, by pressing drinking straw into ornament, leaving in place until candy is cooled.
  9. Cool completely before removing ornament from paper.
  10. Gently remove straw.
  11. Thread a 6- to 8-inch piece of shoestring licorice into the hole in tree to hang the ornament.
