Super Simple Chocolate Mousse

  1. Separate eggs at room temperature, melt chocolate and butter in microwave at medium high.
  2. With wooden spoon, beat in yolks one at a time.
  3. Beat well after each one.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  6. Gently fold chocolate into egg whites with whisk.
  7. Pour into dish and chill.
  8. Whip cream until fluffy, add sugar to taste.
  9. Top mousse with whipped cream, decorate with shaved chocolate (from chocolate bar).
