Deviled Steak Crepes

  1. Cut meat into thin strips, coat with flour.
  2. In skillet, brown meat, onion, garlic in hot oil.
  3. Stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  5. Fill warm crepes with meat mixture; fold over and serve immediately.
  6. Makes 10 to 12 crepes.
