Deviled Steak Crepes
- 1 -1 12 lb beef round steak
- 14 cup flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 12 cup water
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 10 -12 crepes
- Cut meat into thin strips, coat with flour.
- In skillet, brown meat, onion, garlic in hot oil.
- Stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
- Fill warm crepes with meat mixture; fold over and serve immediately.
- Makes 10 to 12 crepes.
