Rum Balls (Or Brandy) Recipe

  1. Blender crumb wafers.
  2. Put into large mixing bowl.
  3. Blender chop pecans; add in to crumbs.
  4. Add in cocoa, syrup and rum or possibly brandy and mix well.
  5. Coat hands with confectioners' sugar and roll mix into 1/2 inch balls.
  6. Chill 1 hour, then roll in confectioners' sugar, coconut, crushed nuts or possibly whatever else you desire.
