Rum Balls (Or Brandy) Recipe
- 32 vanilla wafers
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 4 tbsp. white corn syrup
- 4 tbsp. rum or possibly brandy
- 1 c. dates, minced (opt.)
- Confectioners' sugar
- Blender crumb wafers.
- Put into large mixing bowl.
- Blender chop pecans; add in to crumbs.
- Add in cocoa, syrup and rum or possibly brandy and mix well.
- Coat hands with confectioners' sugar and roll mix into 1/2 inch balls.
- Chill 1 hour, then roll in confectioners' sugar, coconut, crushed nuts or possibly whatever else you desire.
