Fluffy Natto Fried Rice

  1. Spread out the rice on a plate and heat it up in the microwave.
  2. Put the natto in a small bowl and mix in the included sauce.
  3. Add the egg and use 3-4 chopsticks to beat well.
  4. Heat the frying pan over high heat and then add the oil.
  5. Pour in the fluffily mixed egg and natto in one go.
  6. Use a spatula to stir it once and then add the rice.
  7. Combine with a spatula in cutting motions.
  8. Cook it over medium heat until the stickiness is gone and it becomes fluffy.
  9. Halfway through, add the finely chopped scallions.
  10. Season with salt and a good amount of pepper.
  11. Add in a few drops of soy sauce to complete the dish.
