Cheesy Chicken Florentine

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until done.
  5. Stir in pasta sauce; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Drain pasta; return to saucepan.
  8. Add spinach, VELVEETA and Parmesan; mix lightly.
  9. Spoon pasta mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken mixture and mozzarella.
  10. Bake 10 to 15 min.
  11. or until heated through.
