Potato Soup With Meatballs #SP5
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 16 ounces frozen cooked meatballs
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen carrots
- 2 cups whole milk
- Add all ingredients to a heavy 5qt dutch oven.
- Cook on top of stove at medium heat for 50 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid scorching.
- Transfer to warm soup tureen.
- Serve with green salad and crusty bread.
