Caramel Chicken

  1. Coat chicken with vegetable oil.
  2. Saute chicken in a non-stick pan.
  3. Reduce heat, remove chicken.
  4. Saute garlic and onion.
  5. Return chicken, add soy sauce.
  6. Reduce heat cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Increase heat to high, add sugar cook uncovered 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add fish sauce.
  9. Serve over steamed rice.
