Cincinnati Three Way Chili(Makes 6 To 8 Servings)

  1. Pour water into large saucepan.
  2. Crumble in beef (beef can be browned in saucepan first if you want to drain fat).
  3. Add next 13 ingredients.
  4. Simmer 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Discard bay leaves.
  6. (Can be prepared up to 1 month ahead and frozen.)
  7. Cook and place spaghetti on serving platter.
  8. Pour chili over.
  9. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
