Smokey Dijon Parmesan Wrap

  1. Grill chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160F), brushing each piece with about 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the barbecue sauce during last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time.
  3. Cut chicken diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices; cover.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Mix dressing and mustard in large bowl until well blended.
  6. Add romaine; toss to coat.
  7. For each serving: Place 1 cup of the romaine mixture on bottom half of each tortilla, top with 4 oz.
  8. of the chicken.
  9. Roll up tortilla tightly, folding in both ends of tortilla as it is rolled up to completely enclose filling.
  10. Cut in half diagonally.
  11. Insert 4-inch frilled toothpick in each half to secure.
