Smokey Dijon Parmesan Wrap
- 48 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz.)
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4-1/2 cups KRAFT Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 3 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 48 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- Grill chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160F), brushing each piece with about 2 Tbsp.
- of the barbecue sauce during last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time.
- Cut chicken diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix dressing and mustard in large bowl until well blended.
- Add romaine; toss to coat.
- For each serving: Place 1 cup of the romaine mixture on bottom half of each tortilla, top with 4 oz.
- of the chicken.
- Roll up tortilla tightly, folding in both ends of tortilla as it is rolled up to completely enclose filling.
- Cut in half diagonally.
- Insert 4-inch frilled toothpick in each half to secure.
