Coconut Cream Sundae
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Coconut Cream Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
- Combine pudding mix, water and sugar in medium saucepan.
- Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Add butter; stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
- Scoop ice cream into 12 serving bowls; top each with 2 Tbsp.
- pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle with cherries.
