Individual Key Lime Pies

  1. Beat egg yolks with mixer until light in color.
  2. Slowly add condensed milk mixing well.
  3. Stir while adding lime juice.
  4. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  5. Bake in 325 degree preheated oven.
  6. When cool, top with whipped topping or cool whip and serve.
