Honey Hummus with Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Pita Chips

  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, honey and lemon juice.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add more olive oil and/or tahini if you want to smooth out consistency even more.

  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat the pita triangles in the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, coating well.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
