Honey Hummus with Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Pita Chips
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas
- 1 cup Tahini
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 pieces Whole Wheat Pita
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, honey and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Add more olive oil and/or tahini if you want to smooth out consistency even more.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat the pita triangles in the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, coating well.
- Bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
