Tuscan Artichoke Spread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mash beans with lemon juice in medium bowl.
  3. Add artichokes and mayo; mix well.
  4. Stir in cheese, garlic and 2 Tbsp.
  5. onions.
  6. Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
  7. Crush 4 crackers; sprinkle over spread.
  8. Top with remaining onions.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  10. or until hot and bubbly.
  11. Serve with additional RITZ Crackers.
