Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Chop up crabmeat.
  3. Combine crabmeat, cream cheese and soup mix together with a hand mixer.
  4. Set aside. Make a pocket in each chicken breast.
  5. This is done by slicing horizontally, but do not cut all the way through.
  6. Stuff each breast with the crabmeat mixture.
  7. Coat each breast in flour, then eggs, and finally bread crumbs.
  8. In a nonstick frying pan, heat up the olive oil and fry breast until golden brown.
  9. Place breasts in an oven safe dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and Dig In!
