Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich

  1. Please use liver paste, liver pate, or liver spread.
  2. I used canned liver spread.
  3. Prepare some vinegared Vietnamese salad.
  4. You can make this with Japanese ingredients if that's easier.
  5. Crisply toast the baguette and spread the inside with the liver paste and mayonnaise.
  6. Add in the cucumber, ham, namasu, and lettuce.
  7. The sandwich is ready to eat.
  8. This sandwich tastes great with a little fish sauce, soy sauce or Vietnamese sauce.
