Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 can (15 oz.) white beans, rinsed
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 pkg. (4.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- Whisk flour and dressing in large bowl until blended.
- Add chicken; toss to evenly coat.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Add tomatoes, onions and broth; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours), adding beans, celery and wing sauce for the last 30 min.
- Serve topped with cheese.
