Chicken Fingers & Pineapple Salad

  1. After you season the chicken, coat it with flour.
  2. Dip in egg.
  3. Coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Fry on medium high about 4 to 5 minutes or till golden.
  5. Let them cool off and cut them in pieces.
  6. In bowls add the lettuce, chicken, mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  7. Add pineapple chunks, sliced apples and sliced almonds.
  8. And last honey Dijon dressing.
  9. Enjoy.
