Szechuan Noodles
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1 x ginger grated to taste
- 1 x garlic minced
- 1 x szechuan hot bean paste to taste
- 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1 x pasta hot cooked fresh
- 1 x scallions, spring or green onions garnish shaved
- Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat, garnish and serve immediately.
- Note: Only use enough sauce to coat the pasta.
- Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator.
