  1. preheat fry.
  2. pan with olive oil on really hot.
  3. soak slices of eidam cheese into milk than egg and as last throw it into breadcrums.
  4. than put eidam slices on preheated pan and fry it quickly only for an about 1 min each side.
  5. eat it hot and serve with chips and tartar sauce.
