fried cheese
- 1 1/2 kilogram eidam cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 grams breadcrums
- 4 slice ham(optional)
- 1 can tartare sauce
- 1 chips
- 1 cup milk
- preheat fry.
- pan with olive oil on really hot.
- soak slices of eidam cheese into milk than egg and as last throw it into breadcrums.
- than put eidam slices on preheated pan and fry it quickly only for an about 1 min each side.
- eat it hot and serve with chips and tartar sauce.
