Liver Parmesan Recipe

  1. Dredge liver with Parmesan cheese, shaking off excess.
  2. Saute/fry gently in butter.
  3. When done, remove from pan and top each slice with a spoonful of lowfat sour cream.
  4. Sprinkle with minced onion tops.
