Liver Parmesan Recipe
- Calves liver, sliced very thin
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Lowfat sour cream, lightly salted
- Green onion tops, minced
- Dredge liver with Parmesan cheese, shaking off excess.
- Saute/fry gently in butter.
- When done, remove from pan and top each slice with a spoonful of lowfat sour cream.
- Sprinkle with minced onion tops.
