Simple California Rolls
- 1000 grams Sushi rice
- 6 sheets Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
- 2 Avocado
- 1 packages Salmon
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 8 leaves Lettuce
- Spread a layer of sushi rice over a piece of cling film that is the same size as a sheet of nori seaweed.
- Then place the nori, lettuce, avocado and salmon on top and roll everything up tightly.
- Coat with sesame seeds and slice however thick you want to make them.
- Serve on a plate with some sashimi soy sauce.
