Corn and Bacon Mac & Cheese

• 2 pkg. (7-1/4 oz. each) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
• 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
• 1 can (11 oz.) corn with red and green bell peppers, drained

1. Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
3. Cook on low heat until heated through.
