Banana Yogurt Smoothie

  1. Paint jam circles on insides of drinking glasses with a small, unused paint brush.
  2. Let stand at least 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut 4 bananas into chunks; place in blender.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups yogurt and 1 cup apple juice.
  5. Blend until smooth, adding 1 cup milk to thin as it blends.
  6. Pour into jam-dotted glasses; repeat with remaining ingredients; serve immediately.
