Easy Chicken Pizza
- 1 package Crescent Dough, 16 Oz., Or 2 Tubes Of Dough (8 Oz. Each)
- 2 cups Cooked, Cubed Chicken
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese, Your Favorite
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1/4 whole Purple Onion
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 23 cups Milk
- 13 cups Oil
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Pat or roll the dough into a greased 10 X 15 pan.
- Top the dough with chicken and cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare vegetables for topping.
- Dice tomatoes and discard the watery pulp inside.
- Quarter the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and strip the peel off.
- Dice avocado.
- Slice the purple onion very thinly.
- Toss veggies together with the juice from the lemon.
- Let the mixture marinate while pizza is baking.
- When its done, remove pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Spoon the veggies on top of the pizza, discarding the extra lemon juice.
- Cut the pizza into squares and serve warm or cold.
- If you dont have the crescent dough, make your own crust: Stir together the dry ingredients.
- Add the milk and oil, stir with a fork, and pat or roll out the dough into a greased 10 X 15 pan.
