Walnut Chicken

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions so that you end up with 3 cups cooked rice.
  2. Stir-fry nuts in hot oil until golden; remove from pan.
  3. Stir-fry green peppers and carrots until crisp tender; remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry chicken.
  5. Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, red pepper and soy sauce.
  6. Add to chicken in pan along with walnuts, and vegies.
  7. Toss together until thoroughly coated.
  8. Serve over rice.
