Saucy Pan Steak

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 6 to 8 min.
  3. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Rub pepper onto both sides of steaks.
  6. Add to skillet; cook 4 min., turning after 2 min.
  7. Meanwhile, whisk broth, A.
  8. 1., sugar and flour until blended.
  9. Top steaks with cooked vegetables.
  10. Add broth mixture; cover.
  11. Cook on medium-low heat 7 to 8 min.
  12. or until steaks are medium doneness (160 degrees F) and sauce is thickened.
  13. Serve with potatoes.
