Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 34 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 18 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
- Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until very lightly browned.
