Flora's Simple Deviled Eggs

  1. Boil eggs in salted water
  2. Allow eggs to cool and peel them, I place them back in the container
  3. Cut eggs Lengthwise
  4. Pop the yolk out of the egg onto a plate.
  5. Mash the yolks up as fine as you can to avoid lumps.
  6. Add egg mixture to a mixing bowl with the mayo and mustard.
  7. *if you find the consistancy not to be creamy enough you can add more mayo, or if you think its too tangy for your tastes* mix together.
  8. I always taste test at this point to make sure doesn't need more mustard or mayo.
  9. Spoon into your eggs
  10. Sprinkle with paprika *optional*
  11. **Get creative...you can add loads of toppings.
  12. Onions, pickles, relish, olives.
  13. I have a friend make them with bacon, onion, and tomato.
  14. But I always prefer plain.
