Ginger Key Lime Bars

  1. Mix together the crushed ginger snaps,flour, powdered sugar and butter.
  2. With greasy finger tips, pat dough into an 8X8" pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl beat eggs slightly.
  5. Stir in sugar and flour until well blended.
  6. Add key lime juice.
  7. Pour into warmed crust.
  8. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
  9. Place on rack to cool.
  10. Place in fridge overnight.
  11. Cut into triangles and sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
