Pig Poo

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Whip together cream cheese, seasonings and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  3. Cut mini peppers in half and clean out seeds.
  4. Fill each pepper half with cream cheese, tuck a Little Smokie on top and wrap a piece of bacon around it.
  5. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  6. Place on a broiler pan and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is nice and crisp.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Bet you cant just eat one!
  9. These are best consumed right away.
  10. They are not great reheated.
