Chunky Chipotle Pork Chili

  2. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook about 3 minutes or until tender.

  5. In a medium bowl, toss pork with chili powder and cumin; add to saucepan.
  6. Cook and stir until pork is browned.
  7. Add sweet pepper, beer or beef broth, picante sauce or salsa, and chipotle chile peppers.
  8. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  9. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until pork is tender.
  10. Stir in beans; heat through.
  11. Top individual servings with sour cream.
  12. If desired, garnish with cilantro or parsley sprigs.
