Some Like It Hot Meat Loaf

  1. When mixed well, pick up and toss into bowl a few times to pack mixture together.
  2. Form into loaf shape in cast-iron skillet which has been sprayed with cooking spray (Pam) and smear remaining tomato sauce/Tabasco over top of meat loaf.
  3. (I use a skillet so I can make gravy in the same pan after the meat loaf is done.)
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for about an hour.
  5. Look at it now and then and if the pan is dry, add a little water.
  6. Remove loaf from skillet and allow to cool long enough to make gravy before cutting.
  7. Mix a little flour into drippings; add milk, stirring constantly, until desired thickness for gravy.
