Sesame Fried Chicken Tenders with Special Cheese Sauce
- 3 Chicken tenderloin
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 6 tbsp Panko
- 2 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 20 grams Butter
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 slice Sliced cheese
- 2 tsp Ketchup
- Take off any sinews on the chicken, and season well with salt and pepper.
- Add the flour to the beaten egg and mix well with a whisk.
- Put the panko and sesame seeds in a plastic bag and mix together well by shaking the bag around.
- Lay the plastic bag flat and spread the coating out evenly.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg mixture, then put on top of the panko and sesame mixture in the bag.
- Blow some air into the bag, close it up and shake around to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add enough oil in a frying pan to immerse the chicken pieces in.
- Straighten out the chicken and put into the oil, and fry until crispy.
- Make the sauce.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the milk and cheese.
- When the cheese has melted, add the ketchup and mix well.
- Plate the chicken and pour the Special Cheese Sauce over it.
- Serve.
- It's also good with Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce.
