100% Whole Wheat Bread Ii Recipe

• 1 Tbsp. yeast
• 3 c. whole wheat flour
• 1/2 Tbsp. salt
• 3/8 c. gluten
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 5/8 c. water

1. Add in all ingredients to the pan in the order recommended by machine manufacturer.
2. Crust color, medium.
3. Bread setting "white".
4. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
5. Yield: 1 loaf
