Purple Cow Ice Cream Soda Recipe

• 1/2 c. grape juice
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
• ginger ale
• vanilla ice cream

1. Put grape juice, sugar and lowfat milk into a ten-oz tall glass and stir well.
2. Then add in 1/2 c. chilled ginger ale and 1 large serving (2 scoops) of vanilla ice cream and stir well.
3. Add in ginger ale to fill glass three-fourths full.
4. Top with another serving of ice cream.
5. Serves 1.
