My. Creative lemon Mushroom Salad
- 1/4 sweet Red Pepper
- 1/4 Crispy Romain Lettuce
- 3 Cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 Whole fresh grown Beetroot sliced thin
- 1 tbsp Of Sweet corn
- 1 small squeeze of fresh Lemon
- 10 Breaded cooked mushrooms
- 1/4 Yellow Sweet Pepper
- 1 tbsp Grated Cheese
- 1 Squeeze of lemon for the mayonaise
- 1 tbsp Mayonaise
- Chop the lettuce into small bite size pieces
- Chop the red pepper into bite size pieces
- Add the yellow pepper chopped into bite size pieces, and add the tomatoes cut in half
- Add the sliced Beetroot around the edges
- Add the Sweetcorn all over
- Small squeeze of lemon then slice and put around the sides with the Beetroot
- Add the Breaded Mushrooms when cooled on the top all over
- Just Sprinkle the cheese all over
- Small squeeze of lemon in the mayonnaise mix and put a little dab here and there
